Translation equipment – Infra-red
Infra-red Translation equipment: - Cyflais 2 is an easily simultaneous translation system suitable for use in private or public meetings. To carry around, the system includes 4 cases plus a tripod stand for the infra-red. It includes 25 headsets.
The cost to hire is £30 but if your organisation is a paid member of Mantell Gwynedd then its £20. It is available from our Caernarfon office.

Translation equipment – ‘Whispering’ System
Translation equipment ‘Whispering’ System - is an easily simultaneous translation system suitable for use in private or public meetings. To carry around, the system includes 1 case with a bag containing 30 headsets (2.3 Mega Kerts – red headsets).
The cost to hire is £30 but if your organisation is a paid member of Mantell Gwynedd then its £20. It is available from our Caernarfon office.

PA Equipment (MIPRO) MA–101 Wireless
PA System is suitable for meetings, on stalls etc. It has a clear sound quality and it is light to carry.
The cost to hire is £20 but if your organisation is a paid member of Mantell Gwynedd then its £15, and it is available from our Caernarfon office.

Display Boards
The display boards are suitable to place on a table in any event. They are brown with 3 sides joined together (1 side measures 3ft 1.5 "x 2ft 1.5").
The cost to hire is £10 but if your organisation is a paid member of Mantell Gwynedd then its £5, and they are available from our Caernarfon office.

OHP
Over Head Projector 3M (OHP) is lightweight and portable and can be used in meetings, training events, etc.
The cost to hire is £20 but if your organisation is a paid member of Mantell Gwynedd then its £10 and is available from our Caernarfon office.

Screen
Screen is suitable for the projection of slides from items such as an Over Head Projector.
The cost to hire is £10 but if your organisation is a paid member of Mantell Gwynedd then its £5 and is available from our Caernarfon office.

Flip Chart
Flip Chart can be used in meetings, training events etc. There are 2 Flip Chart stands available for hire.

Hire of Meeting Room
MANTELL GWYNEDD’S MEETING ROOM
Mantell Gwynedd’s Meeting Room is located on the ground floor in Mantell Gwynedd’s offices at 24-26 High Street, Caernarfon. The room accommodates up to 20 people, and it has disabled access. Tea and coffee facilities are available and there is a choice of hiring the room for half a day or a full day. It is available for hire by voluntary groups/organisations for meetings or training sessions.
If your group/organisation is a paid member of Mantell Gwynedd, the room can be hired for a discounted price. (See price details below.)
- Hire for ½ a day between 9.00am – 1.00pm or between 1.00pm – 5.00pm
Paid Members = £15.00 non-members = £30.00
- Hire for whole day, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
Paid Members = £25.00 non-members = £50.00
It is possible to hire the room in the evening with agreed arrangements before hand
- Evening 5.00 pm – 9.30 pm
Paid Members = £20.00 non-members = £30.00
PLEASE NOTE: TEA/COFFEE is extra = 10 CUPS FOR £3.00

Photocopies
Photocopies are available from our Dolgellau or Caernarfon offices. The cost is for A4 size copies 7p per copy, or if your organisation is a paid member of Mantell Gwynedd then it is 5p per copy.
A3 size copies are also available for 10p per copy or 7p per copy if your organisation is a paid member of Mantell Gwynedd.

Comb Binder
This is an Ibimatic Comb Binder that binds A4 papers together to form a booklet by using Ibico Products eg. Ibicombs
The cost to hire is £10 but if your organisation is a paid member of Mantell Gwynedd then its £5 and is available from our Caernarfon office.
Alternatively you can use the Comb Binder from our Caernarfon office.
Cost being 50p each for individual binding or 25p for each individual binding, if your organisation is a paid member of Mantell Gwynedd.

Laminating
Rexel Laminating machine enhances documents and photographs (A4 size or less).
The cost to laminate is 50p per copy, but if your organisation is a paid member of Mantell Gwynedd then its 25p per copy and this service is available from our Caernarfon office.
